Can anyone tell me if they have recently received a balance transfer offer on their existing MINT card?

I have recently cleared the balance on mine was was looking to transfer the balance on my MBNA card to my MINT card but there hasn’t been any offers for ages and I have just noticed MINT are not accepting new applications for loans or credit cards.
