Can anyone tell me when the best time to conceive is?
If your period is irregular, you should just be having sex 2-3 times a week. That way you will be sure to hit your fertile window. Taking your temperature will only tell you too late that it’s time to have sex as it goes up after you have ovulated. To conceive you need to be having sex up to 6 days prior to ovulation. Keep in mind that it is possible for a woman to have fertile cm more than once a month and it should be used in conjunction with other methods. Good luck and baby dust!!!
