Can Aricept help memory loss side effects of medications?
At least 3 of medications (that I definitely need) cause memory loss, memory problems, and/or concentration problems. Does anyone know if I could possibly take Aricept (the medication used for alzheimer’s) to help these incredibly difficult memory/concentration problems that interfere tremendously with my functioning and cause a lot of anxiety worrying if I’m going to forget something. I use a ton of visual aid reminders to help with this problem, but I still forget a lot and worry about forgetting things. I have a lot of education, but I’ve always had a problem with reading comprehension. I have to read things over and over. It also doesn’t help that I have a lot of disturbing things on my mind that interfere with memory and concentration, but I’ve had this memory problem for years.
