Yes, just press the ` key to the left of the 1 key on most keyboards. In Aurora Suite for Windows, in Prediction Options on the Window tab check the Read the Word under the Mouse Cursor checkbox to have Aurora read any word in the prediction window that you place the mouse cursor over.
