Once a Club Premier Award Ticket has been issued and remains valid, you may request date changes by paying the current charges for changes if the Club Premier Award Ticket was redeemed from a Classic Club Premier Member’s Account. Changes to route, beneficiary name, class or cancellation for reinstatement of Kilometers are subject to a charge of $25.00 USD plus taxes or the equivalent in Mexican pesos and may only be confirmed at an Aeromexico Ticket Office while the Ticket remains valid. Payment may only be made at Aeromexico Ticket Offices. A copy of the payment invoice must be presented in the event of any clarification.
