Can breast cancer appear like a pimple on the breast?

No; if it looks like a pimple, it’s a pimple. Breast cancer lumps are within the breast tissue. You don’t say how old you are; many teenage girls and very young women worry about having breast cancer when their chances of it are as close to zero as makes no difference. It’s almost unheard of in under 25s, fewer than 0.1% of all those diagnosed with it are under 30 and only 5% are under 40. I was classes as a ‘younger woman’ when I was diagnosed with breast cancer, and I was 50. Even when breast lumps are within the breast tissue, most are not cancerous; over 80% of those investigated are benign, even in older women.
