Yes, as long as the photo is taken from a publicly accessible place and you are not invading the privacy of anyone. The limitation is that you cannot photograph PEOPLE in the building or home or in any way invade their privacy. If possible, it's BEST to have a signed property release which you upload to BigStockPhoto along with your photo, although not imperative.  more
