Can children receive holy communion in an episcopal church?

In an Episcopal church, the only requirement for recieving Holy Eucharist is that the child be Baptised. It does not matter what age you are. If you are not Baptised, you don’t put your hands out for the Holy bread; instead you as the parent or if the child is old enough, ask for just a blessing.
