I’m pretty sure that they can advise people do some exercises, and it’s up to the person to decide if they want to do anything. Also, chiropractors can’t prescribe anything. They can recommend, but nothing more. For example, last time I visited a chiropractor from nearU, he said to me to change the gaming chair since my current one ruins my posture, and one day I’ll definitely do that.
