Can collaborative partners be governmental agencies or for-profit businesses?
Yes, collaborative partners can include nonprofit organizations (secular or faith-based), local government offices, school districts or private businesses participating with the lead organization in this grant award. Collaborative partners may or may not have reporting or monetary relationships; rather, they should simply be organizations that the applicant works with to further the mission of their organization. Collaborative partners shall receive free training and technical assistance, and will agree to work collaboratively with the lead organization to address gaps in service delivery systems by building capacity.
