Can Colorado become the nation’s healthiest state without addressing workforce issues?
There can be a lot of progress working outside of the traditional health care system. But health care matters, and The Colorado Health Foundation cannot fully succeed in this unless we solve workforce issues. I’d argue that that means redesigning the workforce to serve the newly emerging health care system. It’s not fully formed, but we can see it from here.
