Upon completion of the foreclosure sale and transfer of title to the highest bidder. This transfer of ownership becomes complete at a closing following the foreclosure auction. After the auction any defaulted borrowers automatically become holder tenants in the property formerly owned. At this point the new owner must follow the legal procedures in Florida for eviction.
