During the initial interview, the candidates are asked to complete our on line application form, which is helpful in assessing their English comprehension and writing skills. Verbal and comprehension skills are assessed during our personal interview with the applicant. Communication is not limited to language. Cultural differences must be considered. Tolerance and understanding of these differences are keys to the successful hire of a candidate from abroad.
