Yes, wherever you are, we will be able to deliver the products to you. UPS, FedEx or DHL might in some cases apply a “remote area charge”. This is very rare but can happen when your delivery address is too far from main logistics centers. To protect customers from having to pay the charge and avoid unnecessary delays, Tomtop reserves the right to switch your courier choice to another major courier (UPS, FedEx, DHL) that doesn’t have this surcharge. If your delivery address is a remote area for every courier company, you may need to be charged 22.00USD extra shipping fee. If your address is a remote area for the courier of your choice and you do not want Tomtop to switch it please specify in the order comments “must be by FedEx” etc and in such cases if there is a remote area charge we will contact you to discuss it.
