Can courses taken abroad count toward the IAS major or minor?

IAS majors and minors are encouraged to study abroad. You may count up to 6 units toward your major requirements from a semester abroad and up to 9 units from a year abroad. Minors may count up to 3 units from a semester abroad and up to 6 units from a year abroad. Please consult the Study Abroad Advisor for IAS, Dr. Priscilla Stone at pstone@wustl.edu as early as possible about study abroad plans.
