Can Dogs Eat Fruit Cocktail?
I would not recommend feeding fruit cocktail to your dog. Fruit cocktail often includes grapes–these are toxic to dogs. The amount of grapes needed to cause problems varies widely between individual dogs. Also this is high in sugar and not part of a healthy balanced diet. This can also cause dietary upset. Discuss appropriate diet with your veterinarian. Feed your dog a diet formulated for dogs. Do not supplement with human food.
