Can Dr Scholls Freeze Away be used to remove seborrheic keratoses?

Yes! I have had great success with Dr. Scholls Freeze Away for SK's. Follow the directions on the package carefully - of course, it is better to let your dermotologist freeze them off, especially in hard to reach areas, but this is good to have on hand when you just have a few that you want removed from an easy location. more
