Drawdown requests by grant award can be based on estimates of immediate cash needs. The information in GAPS reflects actual expenditures. Grantees/payees can periodically adjust their drawdowns to reflect actual expenditures so that GAPS has accurate award data. The grantees/payees are responsible for ensuring expenditure data in GAPS is accurate. This data will be audited as part of the Single Audit.
