e-FAQ processes inquiries submitted through web forms in two ways. e-FAQ can submit the web form as an email or as a direct HTML request. In the case where the inquiry is submitted as an email, e-FAQ will generate an email response. In the case where the web form is directly processed, e-FAQ will generate a dynamically-generated HTML page as a response.
