Can electric an magnetic fields be on a same place?
yes – on the earth for example there is a magnetic field everywhere and there are electric fields most places. If you want to explain paranormal beahs you will need to find one (or more) then , whatever the devil you are talking about may show some corellation with the electric and/or magnetic field in ‘the same place’ whatever that is. There are a number of sensitive instruments which will give you accurate readings of electric field and also of magnetic field strength and direction but for some reason investigators seem to prefer to use how they feel, possibly modified by the presence of a crystal that they have wrapped in newspaper , buried under a dolmen or immersed in virgin polar bear pee for some time for all I know.
