Can ellura™ serve as a substitute for antibiotics?
No. ellura™ is a dietary supplement, not medicine. Antibiotics and dietary supplements differ in their mechanisms of action. Antibiotics kill bacteria or inhibit their proliferation while ellura™ bioactive cranberry PAC prevent bacteria from adhering to the walls of the urinary tract. Acute urinary infections must first be treated with antibiotics.
