Master Esthetician can use lasers, but a doctor must be present. Master Estheticians can perform Microdermabrasions. This can be done without the presence of a doctor. Dermabrasions must only be performed by a trained physician in this procedure. LICENSURE: • Question: Can I work in a salon (doing hair, nails, esthetics, etc.) before I have my license?
