Can exercise decrease breast size?
You won’t be able to reduce actual breast tissue, however you will be able to lose fat covering the breast and also tone up. I used to be 38D, down to 34E after approx 1yr of exercising pretty constantly. Swimming and gym work. I don’t know your circumstances, but definately give exercise a chance b4 you go down the surgery route. The other members of this board will be able to tell you good exercises for toning the chest. I can’t in all honesty since I’m not an instructor or a professional.
