Foreigners can buy property in Pakistan BUT they have to get the permission from Government of Pakistan. However, those Pakistanis who have acquired foreign citizenship by relinquishing their Pakistani citizenship can but property in Creek Marina buy applying for Pakistan Origin Card to their respective Pakistan High Commission/Embassy.
