Health foods stores can sell whatever they want. There are no rules. It depends on their customer base and what their customers want to buy. And besides, John Harvey Kellogg (the founder of Kellogg’s) was a hippie (way before being a hippie was ever popular). Corn Flakes got their start as being a health food. So, maybe health food stores feel obligated to sell Kellogg products.
