The Offer is only for Shares and not for any options or warrants to acquire Shares. If you hold vested but unexercised stock options or exercisable warrants and you wish to participate in the Offer, you must exercise your stock options or warrants in accordance with the terms of the applicable stock option plan or warrant agreement, and tender the Shares received upon the exercise in accordance with the terms of the Offer.
