You should be able to see if it is lice. Lice will be small whitish, moving specks. Otherwise, it's most likely mites. If you've never treated for mites yourself, I recommend letting a vet treat her. You can use ivermectin at home, but it is fatal if dosed wrong. Do not let the vet do skin scraping. They will most likely be negative while she still has mites. It's painful and needless. You cannot "catch" lice or mites from your pig. Fungus like ringworm can be passed from species to species, but not lice or mites.
