A. Each batch of Hyperfilm ECL is quality control tested in a ECL application, while Hyperfilm MP is quality control tested with an radioactive application. However, the silver emulsions used to produce Hyperfilm MP and Hyperfilm ECL are identical and thus can detect radioactivity, ECL, ECL Plus, CDP-Star and all other chemiluminescent reagents. Hyperfilm ECL can be used for the detection of 3H, 14C, 35S, 33P, 32P, and 125I and will give the same sensitivity and resolution as Hyperfilm MP when used to detect radioisotopes.
