No. The gate at the rear of the property is property of DeKalb County Water and Sewer. It was installed by the County in order to allow access to sewer and water line connection points for maintenance purposes. The County maintains the gate, lock and chain. Tuxworth residents are not permitted to enter/exit the property here.
