Can I add VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) service now or in the future?

Your Syspine system is “VoIP-ready” and designed to work with VoIP (SIP trunk) services. Before you decide on any Internet Telephony Service Provider (ITSP), you should review the types of services, support policies, and contracts that may be required for your application and in your local environment. If you already have analog (PSTN) phone service, you can connect 4 or 8 PSTN lines to the Syspine system directly, depending on which model (4 or 8 port) IP PBX you select. These PSTN lines can be configured as a backup to the VoIP service and as a separate trunk group for incoming only or both-way operation in the system. You can contact the VoIP service provider(s) directly or a local Syspine dealer which can assist you in the ordering and provisioning of these services for your business. These VoIP service providers have various packages/bundles of service that can be purchased by you to reduce monthly phone line charges and add new Unified Communications services for your business.
