Can i build a fairy house inside my home and get them to come?
I don’t know that much about fairies myself, but I’ll try. I last saw them on an old Oliver Postgate animation The Pogles. This was a story about Mr Pogle and his wife who had an enchanted plant that like bilberry wine. He used to be annoyed with the fairies who were always flitting around his window making a noise when he wanted the sleep, but they warned him about a wicked witch who had stolen his wheelbarrow in the search for a crown belonging to the baby prince of the fairies whom Mr & Mrs Pogle were caring for. I doubt if fairies eat meat – their teeth are not really made for it. I doubt if any fairy could bite you for the same reason. They need lots of energy to flit about, so they do enjoy the nectar from flowers. Anywhere which is good for bees is good for fairies. I think they get their protein from mushrooms.
