Can I buy OzzyJuice as a concentrate and mix it with water myself?
No. CPS pre-blends the OzzyJuice cleaning fluid concentrate with specially treated water at the factory to insure the best quality of OzzyJuice is put into the SmartWasher. By shipping a concentrate for blending at the customer site, quality and performance cannot be guaranteed due to vast differences in the qualities of water across the country. Different minerals and chemicals found in many municipal water systems may actually be harmful to Ozzy and greatly reduce the cleaning effectiveness of the OzzyJuice.
