Can I cancel or change the delivery address for a meal and/or a perishable item I purchased?
MEALS: If you have placed your order with Ground shipping, you must cancel your order within 12 hours of your order being received. 2-Day and Overnight shipments must be canceled within 2 hours of your order being received. Due to the perishable nature of the meals, orders already in transit cannot be canceled or rerouted. Items such as caviar, cakes, strawberries, fruit baskets, etc. cannot be rerouted. Furthermore, orders cannot be canceled once the items have been picked up by the carrier services and are in route to its requested delivery location.
