Can I change the notification sound to something other than the two choices ePrompter offers?
A. We are currently in the process of making it possible for people to use any WAV file they want for message alerts for release in the not too distant future. Top of Page Q. Why am I only able to read the headers for my messages? When I try to read the messages I get nothing. A. You may have accidentally hit the “Read mail headers only” option in the account set up. To check this out, go to the main ePrompter screen; go to the account that you are only getting the subject line and in the right corner of that specific account’s box, click on the word “setup”. You will get a page entitled “Account Options” and in the upper right hand corner you will see “Mail Options” and a box in front of the words “Read mail headers only” – this box should be unchecked – if it was checked, then that was your problem.
