You are able to disable the Cricket MyPerks alert sound by choosing “Options” from within the Recent Offers menu. While you are in the “Options” menu you can also set your sound option to the following selections: • Sound on – your phone will play a sound to alert you that an offer has arrived • Vibrate on – your phone will vibrate when an offer has arrived • Both – your phone will vibrate and play a sound when an offer has arrived • None – your phone will not notify you when an offer has arrived Back to topic questions.
