Yes, you can unsubscribe or ‘opt-out’ of receiving e-mails at any time by visiting the Profile & Subscription Center. If you do so, however, your dining transactions will no longer be applied toward earning Rapid Rewards credits. Maintaining a valid, deliverable e-mail address and remaining opted in to receiving e-mails is required to earn credits.
