Can I compare and synchronize system databases with ApexSQL Data Diff?
System-supplied objects can only be compared but not synchronized. If you want to use a system database in a comparison project, check the Show System Databases option in the Data Sources tab of the Project Settings dialog. This will add the system databases to the list of databases. User tables and views found in system databases can be both compared and synchronized.
