Not directly. Since 100VG uses demand priority polling and 100Base-T uses Carrier Sense Multiple Access with collision detection, the technologies can not directly communicate. To connect a 100VG network with a 100Base-T network, you will need a device such as the HP Advancestack Switch 2000 (product number J3100B) with the HP Advancestack Switch 2000 100VG Module (product number J3103A) and HP Advancestack Switch 2000 100Base-T Module (product number J3191A).
