Can I consult an advisor, including an attorney, during the disciplinary process?

A student may confer with family members, advisors or attorneys at any stage in the informal or formal process but attorneys are not permitted to participate in a hearing if the matter proceeds to that phase. If a student intends to bring an attorney to any meetings with the Coordinator, the student must provide the attorney’s name to OSRR at least three days prior to the meeting.
