Can I convert my holdings between Nasdaq listed common shares and ASX listed CDIs?

Yes. The securities are completely interchangeable, with one share of common stock being represented by 35 CDIs. On this basis it is expected that the trading price of HeartWare shares on Nasdaq (HTWR) should be approximately 35 times the trading price of HeartWare CDIs on ASX (HIN), after accounting for the currency exchange rate. You can convert from either form of security to the other by completing a Register Removal Request form and returning the completed form to Computershare Investor Services. The form can be downloaded from the Computershare website at https://www-au.computershare.com/Investor/FormsCatalogue.
