Can I cook a suckling pig on the large BarbeSkew’s?

Whilst the BarbeSkew BBQ’s were not designed as a “Hog Roast”, it is possible to barbecue a small suckling pig. The Charcoal BarbeSkew would require the charcoal tray to be lowered to the lowest level and if using the lighter bags, you would need to replenish the charcoal during cooking (for longer cooking times, briquettes will stay hotter for much longer). Also, it may be necessary to cook for a longer period with the lid open. Similarly with the Gas BarbeSkew BBQ – however the fllavouriser bars are quite high up and there is also a thermometer in the lid that sticks inwards about 1 inch inside the lid, but again it is possible if cooked over a longer period with the lid open.
