There’s almost no food that doesn’t turn out healthier and more delicious with 360 Vapor® Cookware! For tender yet crisp corn-on-the-cob, shuck the corn and place 3 – 4 sheets of paper towels in the bottom of the unit. Add corncobs, fill unit with water and drain. Start cooking on medium heat, then turn to low when a vapor seal is formed and the lid spins. Cook about 15 minutes more and serve. So flavorful and crisp, you may never add butter or salt again! To bake potatoes in about 1/3 the time, slice potatoes in half, leaving the skin on. Place a moist, folded paper towel in the bottom of the unit to absorb starch. Start on medium then turn to low when you see vapor escaping. Cook approximately 20 minutes, test and serve. Potatoes turn out tender yet firm in no time.
