Can I copy or “Restore” my CrossTrak data to a newer version of the program installed on a new computer or reformatted hard drive?
No. CrossTrak will only recognize and upgrade data from an older version if it is present on the system DURING the upgrade/installation process. You can not use CrossTrak’s Restore Database utility or copy the Userdata folder between different versions of the program. Contact us to learn how to do this manually.
