Can I customise the messages presented to my website users?
Yes. Textcall contains features that enable you to define the content and presentation of the messages shown to your customers requesting a call back. For example when a request is made outside your working hours you can advise the customer that you are closed and present them with an auto generated table showing your control panel working hours. If you choose not to tailor such messages Textcall will automatically generate an informative and nicely formatted message.
