Can I customize my Griptilian or other model when I send it in for warranty service?
A. We don’t allow requests to change the handles (even if you are asking for a color that is available in another standard production knife), scales, liners, pivot screw or change blade styles (551 blade to a 553 blade for example) on warranty items sent in to us (owned products). You can however authorize a purchase to change a blade from BK to Satin, and in most circumstances we’ll switch out clips upon request.
