Can I define tolerance margins for signal comparisons (regression testing and back-to-back testing)?

Yes. Tolerance margins can be defined for the (absolute and relative) amplitude. However this feature has not yet been fully optimized. A new method of defining tolerance margins will be introduced with v 2.5, making it much easier to set tolerance margins for multiple tests. It will also include further tolerance criteria.
