Can I distribute Larabie Fonts on my ‘free fonts’ website?
Not anymore. The current version of the Larabie Fonts license agreement doesn’t allow it. If you find an old version of a font, with an old license agreement, then, yes it can be distributed according to the license agreement. If you find a Larabie Font on a site other than 1001freefonts.com, fonts.com or MyFonts.com, it likely has the old license agreement. Q: I want to use Larabie Fonts in my software application. What should I do? A: A. If you want to distribute Larabie fonts with applications, whether web-based, or shipping as standalone products for PCs, Macs, game consoles or other devices, you need an extended use license. Please contact Ascender Corporation. They take care of Larabie Fonts licensing, including OEM and customized versions. Q: I understand that Larabie Fonts are free and the license agreement states that this is true but can you create and sign a custom contract that states this? A: If the attached license agreement isn’t sufficient, you should contact Ascender C
