Yes. The trick to doing the Neupogen injection is to make sure that you are injecting into the fatty layer under the skin, not into the muscle. The stomach usually has the most fat. So it is frequently recommended. But the thigh or the back of the arem are equally fine. If you are the skinny type, just make sure that you are pinching up some fat to shoot into, and angle the needle instead of going straight in.
