Can i do these Calisthenics instead of aerobic exercise like jogging?
First suggestion: consult a nutritionist/dietitian and learn how to eat properly and/or consult a variety of resources to learn about healthy heating. Your diet is NOT okay. You need to eat a VARIETY of foods. By eating only tuna, bread and fruits, you are causing a state of malnutrition, which will cause your body to want to eat more and retain more, which means more fat on your body.
