Can I earn Velocity Points on Balance Transfers on My Virgin Flyer Credit Card?
Sorry, Balance Transfers don’t earn you Velocity Points. You earn Velocity points by paying for purchases on your card. Points are awarded for every dollar you spend. Why is my Balance Transfer taken out of my available credit, I thought this was extra? A Balance Transfer isn’t additional credit. Just like normal spending on your account, it reduces your available credit. If I have Balance Transfers at different rates, which one does my payment get applied to first? Payments will be made to the balance transfer with the lowest Interest Rate first.
